TAG Awards More Than 300 Seals to Leading Companies for Best Practices in Fraud, Brand Safety, Malvertising, Transparency
In March, TAG announced the honor roll of companies worldwide that have achieved TAG Certifications in 2026 for Certified Against Fraud, Certified Against Malvertising, Brand Safety Certified, and Certified for Transparency.
In total, TAG awarded 307 seals to 196 companies across its four program areas, including 32 companies which achieved TAG’s highest designation, Platinum status, by earning three or more Certification Seals. Highlighting the expanding global impact of TAG’s programs, 80% of the seals awarded covered more than one market, and nearly three-quarters (74%) were independently audited
"Across digital advertising and around the world, TAG Certification has become our industry’s trusted badge for high standards and accountability,” said TAG CEO Mike Zaneis. “The companies that have achieved TAG Certification are doing the vital and ongoing work required to keep our supply chain safe, transparent, and accountable, and their commitment helps protect the entire ecosystem. As the threats to digital advertising continue to grow and evolve, so does the rigor of our programs, and we commend this year’s TAG Seal recipients for setting a new standard for responsible and forward-looking leadership.”

"The record number of seals covering multiple markets is a testament to how seriously global companies are taking compliance, not just in their home markets, but everywhere they operate,” said Todd Miller, VP Policy and Compliance at TAG. “Threats like ad fraud and malvertising don’t stop at national borders, and neither does the impact of TAG Certification. For participants across the global supply chain, the TAG Seal provides a worldwide assurance of industry leadership and commitment to high standards."
More information regarding certified companies is available by searching company name or each company’s unique TAG-ID via the TAG Registry. Additional information includes the specific seals awarded to each company, valid terms for each seal, and whether the seals were based on self-attestation or independent validation.
TAG on the Road: IAB in DC and Advertising Week Europe and ANA in Nashville!
March may be renowned for arriving like a lion and leaving like a lamb, but Team TAG has been roaring their way across the finish line of a busy month with on-stage appearances, industry meetings, and visits with TAG members across major events.
During the last week of March, TAG leaders spread across the U.S. and Europe at three different events. First, TAG COO Rachel Nyswander Thomas joined Chris Olsoen, CEO and Founder of The Media Trust, on stage at the IAB’s Public Policy and Legal Summit in Washington, DC to discuss ways to mitigate the risks of digital ad fraud & scam ads.
Across the pond, TAG’s Vanessa Goff-Yu held the TAG banner high at Advertising Week Europe, connecting with members and sharing knowledge, while TAG’s Lindsey Colferai headed down to the ANA’s Media Conference in Nashville, Tennessee.

Advertising Day on the Hill: Save Your Spot Today!
The cherry blossoms are in full bloom in DC, which means it’s almost time for the ad industry’s policy and compliance leaders to gather for the 2026 Advertising Day on the Hill!
What’s Advertising Day on the Hill? It’s a two-day public policy event held in collaboration with the ANA and 4A’s on the policy issues that matter to the advertising and marketing industry. In addition to Hill meetings and VIP speakers, TAG members will also get access to expert-led deep dives on issues ranging from privacy to AI, taxes, and self-regulation.
This year’s participants will hear directly from Chris Mufarrige, Director of the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection, on the agency’s agenda and priorities. The following day, TAG will join with other trade organizations and their constituent companies for in-depth policy briefings meetings with members of Congress and their staff to discuss the digital advertising industry and timely policy issues.
